These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and responsibilities for all students enrolled in this program. By enrolling, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms.

2. Program Description

The Aesthetics Accelerator is a comprehensive program designed to help aesthetic injectors achieve consistent revenue growth. The course provides strategies, tools, and systems to support students in achieving a £10,000 revenue month after 12 months of consistent implementation of the course content.

The program includes:

Video training modules, Workbooks and tools (e.g., Google Sheets for KPI Tracking, Expense Tracking), Strategies for marketing, Client retention, Operational systems, and Cashflow planning, Best practices and Updates to help you achieve growth, which students are required to follow.

3. Guarantee – The £10,000 Revenue Promise

We are confident that consistent application of the strategies provided in this program will help you achieve your first £10,000 revenue month after 12 months of implementing the course content.

To reflect this, we offer a conditional £10k Guarantee.

Guarantee Clause:

If, after completing all modules, implementing all strategies, and taking consistent action as outlined in the course for 12 months, you do not achieve a £10,000 revenue month, you may request a refund of your course investment, subject to the conditions outlined below.

4. Eligibility for the Guarantee

To qualify for the refund, you must provide clear and detailed evidence of the following:

Consistent Action Over 12 Months :

Proof of regular content creation for social media (minimum of 3 posts per week, including educational, inspirational, and authority-building content). Documentation of outreach to at least 3 local businesses or influencers, including emails, screenshots, or signed agreements. Implementation and appropriate promotion of a client loyalty and referral program, with evidence of how it was promoted, tracked, and improved.

Results Tracking :

Monthly revenue and expense records for 12 months (this may include screenshots from booking systems, accounting software, or bank statements).

Engagement with Course Support :

Evidence of active participation in course resources, including Q&A sessions, group discussions, or coaching opportunities provided as part of the program.

Adherence to Updates :

Students must follow any new strategies, updates, or best practices shared during the program to support their growth and results.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund under the £10K Guarantee, you must:

Submit a written request via email to [email protected] within 14 days after completing 12 months from your enrolment date including all required documentation as outlined in Section 4. Allow up to 30 days for your request to be reviewed. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method.

6. No Refunds on Digital Products

As this is a digital product with immediate access to proprietary tools, templates, and strategies,

no refunds will be provided outside of the £10k Guarantee conditions outlined above.

Results depend on individual effort, implementation, and external factors, and we are not liable for outcomes beyond your control.
